The client needed to unify communication, collaboration, and IT management across both companies to accelerate integration and foster a single, collaborative digital culture.

Challenges

After the acquisition, the client faced the complex task of merging two distinct Microsoft 365 tenants—each with their own users, mail, Teams, and SharePoint structures—without disrupting business operations or compromising data security.

Both tenants had unique security policies, user identities, Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and access controls.
